In addition to previously mentioned changes:

a) FOBs no longer need to be placed within 200m of a red zone. They can be placed anywhere, so long as you have captured at least one zone. COmpletely forgot I did that.
b) Side missions can be selected 10 seconds (instead of ten minutes) after the previous selection. Go on multi-objective ops!
