code comments cleaned up a little
de-duplicated portal 2 factory code (it now re-uses the code from the normal factory)
added admin portal 2 factory (which also re-uses code, for the admin factory)


im still trying to brainstorm some ways that community suggestions might be implemented, and how to fix some design flaws without re-coding literally everything.
