long time no see, mod is now just on balace changes and adjustement/big fix mode so don't expect new stuff to be added to it.
Adjusted damage and reload speeds to be more in line with vanilla crossbows as to not overshadow them.

Fixed dialogue for the store quest, the targets can be imprisoned and the reward will be given, Fixed(hopefully once and for all) said dialogue also blocking trading and other dialogue.

Firearm manufacturing no longer requires biofuel to research (IN game if a tech requires more than 1 research it would require one of the dependencies to be researched before maing it appear)

Fixed Ian's dialogue locking after completing the quest (if it doen't work, import the game), sorry for the incovinience.

Allright hiatus is (temporarily) over, time to fix some broken stuf.
Reverted changes to some npcs
(my bad, sorry if the ashlands became easier)
RRD-I reloads faster now
Modern rifle, holy musket, ancient rifle now reload slower at lower skill levels and worse qualities.
Combat rifle reloads slower at higher skill levels and better qualities.
Reworked the model of the Combat rifle to look better.
Some content in the works 2 ruin/blueprint exclusive weapons,
Future updates will arrive a lot later, uni is lots of fun : ^)

Changes:
1)Survival rifle:
adjusted damage
fires 2 shots instead of 1
increased reload time
(should be more competitive with the modern rifle, stronger against unarmored oponets weaker against armored ones)
2)RRD-I:
more acurate
reduced craft time
3)caravan gun:
more acurate
4)combat rifle:
made it so that the skeleton legion won't kill itself whenever they have large amounts of rifles in their squads.
reduced the spawn rate of combat rifles on skeleton legion NPCs
increased reload time
decreased acuracy
5)assasins pipe:
made the blueprint and the gun more common in shinobi trader inventories
now said traders should sell it up to standard quality

Fixed the component locker not being able to use the haul to comand
Fixed revolving rifle being unable to be crafted at any smithy.

-Reduced cost of crafting gun componets generaly reducet crafting time for weapons.
-Reduced crafting cost of the survival rifle to make it a cheaper alternative to craft to the mordern rifle.
-Added ammo storage and component storeage
-Adjusted shopkeep dialogue
