Buffed the weapon totem building since it doesn't affect all armies anymore. (for a reason in the future)
Buffed the "Imminent death" technology.
Buffed Hoarding Pyres technology.
Buffed Gaves technology.
Fixed the Rapid Mutation technology.

Made technologies more expensive; to my experience I was getting 30k in the bank in just the beginning 15 turns even without technologies/other mods on very hard and honestly I want the tech tree to be a long time thing, not something that finishes in the first 50 turns.

Boglar bodies should no longer affect snotling bodies.

Removed the Boglar fire on the move stuff. Apparently it's animation locked.

Gorgon has a new passive ablity. Temporary turns 15 enemies into "stone". (15 enemy combatants are unable to move and take a tiny amount of damage), it lowers their melee defense and armour for 2 seconds. It also increases their flame resist and missile resist by 10-15%.

Added the wyvern to the creatures building chain for now.

Changed some accuracy things for the goblars, lowered their range a little and changed their skirmish settings a little.

Fixed the fact that the chaos wastes wasn't buildable.
