So the ship project also crashed. At least I know what caused this one, namely the removal of Gatekeepers as a tech.

The event that fires after finishing CR's offensive Static Light project crashed the game and I don't know why. I somehow made it stop.

I fucked up the buildings Champions can give to other people. I set it to double-check that the player that wants to build the building actually has the tech they need because Paradox set the FEs to apparently ignore tech requirements, buuut I may or may not but probably did accidentally set the second check to search for the building ID instead of the tech ID. And since there is no tech in my mod with a building ID, the game correctly decided that nobody was allowed to build the buildings.

Anyway, patch!

I made some changes to the megastructures. To wit:

- the Anchorage Ring can now be built without an Orb of Infinity. This way, you can build the ringworld in a system that only has a star by building the Anchorage Ring, the Orb of Infinity and finally the inner Ringworld.
- the Anchorage Ring can now be built in a system with a colonized Phenomenal Ringworld.
- the Outer Gate can no longer be built in systems with colonies.
- all my megastructures can now be built outside your borders, just like the base SOFE ones.

It's back~

Fuck me, did I have to cut a lot of stuff. Then again, most of the stuff I cut was redundant. Megastructures are still in, tech gifting is still in, the decisions are still in, the terraforming nonsense is still in, the edicts are still in, the Arkship designing is still in. Precursor ships with FL are gone for the time being.

Added a new decision for colonized worlds that lets you turn the local starbase into a Stellar Aegis X. You can't replace them normally like you can with uninhabited systems.

Made the Playable OE's starbase and defender core buildable. That's the bulk of the update, honestly. The starbase is built from the megastructure menu, just like the ACOT starbases.

Removed the unlocalized room swapping edict that I only now noticed was left in. It didn't actually work, it was just some prep work I had done because I expected Paradox to have included an effect to change an empire's room. Turns out I was wrong, so I dropped it and apparently forgot to remove the incomplete edict.

Fixed the Fallen Empire issue in base SOFE as well by overwriting the ships file.

Fixed Fallen Empires and similar being able to access CR Stellarborne ships. Will likely try to do the same to base SOFE ships.
