Update: 30 Aug, 2020 @ 9:49am

Changed the Arkship requirements. Originally, it required you to have gotten the event from base SOFE that lets you get an Arkship of your own. I made the tech require you to also not have the special project that the event gives you. In essence, this means that you need to have finished the project.

Fucking KNEW I was going to forget to add the Champion restriction to the SL gifting edict!

Update: 22 Aug, 2020 @ 4:47am

Removed the event that gives precursor tech with the SL reactor. It still exists for the Champion.

Bugfixes and localization fixes. Don't remember the details.

Champions can now give other empires Static Light technology, Light buildings and the precursor ships from the edict menu. This is the main reason why this update took relatively long to make.

Reduced the cost of building techs by 90%. Champions still get them for free if the civics somehow aren't given.

Introduced Gigastructural Engineering and Planetary Diversity support for instant terraforming.

Limited instant terraforming to gaia worlds to actual worlds or asteroids.

Limited Thinker job to phenomenal gaia worlds, stellar worldspheres, phenomenal ringworlds and stellar alignments unless playing as OE.

Disabled default designs for the Champion's Radiance OE ships. I have a good reason to suspect that to be the cause of multiple crashes and errors, so it's gone.

Update: 15 Aug, 2020 @ 10:11am

Another change to the localization

Champions now get the OE's jobs.

Update: 14 Aug, 2020 @ 12:23pm

Description tweak for first terraforming tech.

Update: 14 Aug, 2020 @ 10:29am

I did a dumb recently that caused the OE capital to not be buildable. Fixed that.

In the event that a player somehow manages to hold off the OE without precursor ships, they will now be given the research option the day after the Static Light Receiver becomes available for research.

Similarly, the Champion will get access to the precursor civilian ships and their omega versions. Note that the omega techs do not have images. This is a base ACOT issue, nothing to do with this mod.

Update: 14 Aug, 2020 @ 5:42am

I've decided to include Chiru's fix for the SOFE civics in this mod so it's accessible ahead of time. It only works if you load this mod after SOFE.

Update: 9 Aug, 2020 @ 1:11pm

Fixed the Leviathan Hunter being available to just the Herculean and without the tech.

Increased the power of the Flowing Light reactor from 1,500,000 to 5,000,000 and increased the cost from 75 to 200 Light Energy. No, this is not a mod that's supposed to be changing the balance of the Flowing Light components. However, let's be fair here. The FL reactor was weaker than the Static Light Receiver. Also, it ran a deficit of nearly a million with the omega Herculean fully decked out. This should be able to handle almost anything.

Update: 9 Aug, 2020 @ 11:04am

Changed the terraforming of gaia worlds to phenomenal gaia worlds to a decision. Also slashed its time down further.

Added a decision to change essentially any planet to a gaia world near-instantly. I will add limits later, as they currently work on any non-OE planet.

Added the ability to instantly terraform gaia worlds into most other kinds of planet.

Update: 9 Aug, 2020 @ 6:18am

Fixed terraforming gaia worlds to phenomenal gaia worlds

Fixed the decision to create the OE-tier planetary capital

Changed the initial event of the mod somewhat so the decision above won't break when the Champion civics are fixed.

Added tech descriptions to most of the remaining techs. Purity techs still lack them, will fix later.
