Cosmetic/Engine power Update:

-Many cosmetic additions to help add depth to the sub

-Redesigned how the engine draws power. Engine now has a dedicated battery that adjusts it's own recharge rate depending on how much charge is in the battery. As long as the reactor is on, or the sub is docked to a station the battery will have enough charge to run the engine.
