-Added pilots. After a long time with no major updates, I added the last males I plan to do for now. A trick with the shader had to be employed to be able to have the shoulder rank things, and other details with color. Other models could be updated in the future to improve them with this method.
In order to avoid fore issues, for now they have the retail ammount of bodygroups. However, to give them more identity, and make them different from the suit guys (They are just a reskin of them by default), I gave them short sleeeves.

-Updated the police uniform to have a better specularity mask
-Fixed asian4's hair being always grey and never having enough contrast
-Updated suit4 to look more unique. Since his face is the same as suit2, i tried to give him a more l4d2 look.
-Updated the detail texture to be darker

-Updated both rural males textures to have better specular maps, and fixed the second rural skin's arms being black and white.

-Updated the first rural male skin's arms having contrast isues that would result in them ignoring the skin colors and always looking black and white. They should now get different skin tones that match the faces
-Updated the first rural male skin's specular map. Before, and for many other textures (mostly faces), the specular map is as flat as a board, so everything is opaque in the same way. I have now started updating this so they have better looks, in this case their jackets are shinier than their shirts, for example.

-Updated worker03's face, so he has a better specular map and use of the shader, so he shouldnt always be black and white-pale

-Added the 3rd and 4th patient faces

I have noticed that after all the stuff I have learned about the shader, these new patient faces have looked better than some older ones I have done, so i have thought about updating some faces I have done previously if they dont look very good, or always seem to have the same skin tone. If anyone has a suggestion, say it and I'll look into it.
