[ADD]
HL2 weapons are now able to be used with the decoy grenade. Also add them into the pool of random defaults for decoys.
Add swcs_breachcharge_max_attached_projectiles cvar.

[FIX]
Cardboard impact decal are no longer missing textures on brushes.
Weapons with builtin silencers no longer set their weapon mode to secondary, using incorrect stats.

halloween bullet casings no longer apply to weapons that don't use casings
bullet spread is no longer desync'd

fists' secondary fire is now lag compensated & has proper range
grenades no longer bounce multiple times on NPCs
