Added:
Small inertia animation when you stop using Alt Running
Fixed:
You no longer Infinitely run when pressing a keybind holding a binocular
Alt running is completly disabled if you are in zeus interface
Fixed a bug where you were able to use alternative running while dragging someone

Made so you can disable Alternative Running by pressing the same key that you assigned AR to.
Made so you can disable Alternative running by not pressing A,S,D,Z or X but by bressing your movement/prone/crouch buttons because as it turned out a lot of people had those actions rebound to something else.
Optimised and cleaned the code in some parts.

Disabled so SHIFT key is disabling sprint animations bacuse its causing troubles when you hold it
