-Fixed usage of retrun false

-Made it take health from the enemy at all costs
-Made it properly destroy roller mines and attack helicopters
-Got rid of useless checks
-Tries to prevent screen overlays (mostly jumpscares) after dealing reverse damage
-NPCs can now be equipped with it
-Now properly addresses VJ base SNPCs that may have godmode set or high viewpunch
