- fixed the front of the diesel train sprite
- added an empty cargo wagon
- added a shunter train

- added Railway Manager: place 1 of these on the map. It spawns a train on a random track every 30~60 minutes.
- added Railway Track Sign: gets spawned at railway crossings when creating new tracks on the map. These lights turn green/red when a train is coming/passes by.
- added Railway Sign (green & red): some eyecandy signs to place near a track.
