Version 1.2

Balanced it so that the amount of DPS with vanilla autoballista is exactly the same as Augmented Autoballista(5.7). The only difference is that this Autoballista shoots every 3 seconds, inflicting 17.1 damage while vanilla shot every 10.5 seconds inflicting 60 damage.

The damage was OP. Increased firing time from 2 seconds to 3 at 3rd level upgrade and reduced damage slightly.
