Well hello there, it has been a minute since I did much with this. I guess now would be as good a time as ever to push some fixes (albeit band-aid ones) as well as some other goodies with the 1.3 update.

- Added 1.3 compatibility.
- Scaled back the chance for the backstories to appear (~10% chance when rolling new starting colonists, ~5% for other faction spawns). This is a temporary fix while I work on a permanent solution that allows more dynamic chance.
- Royalty: Corrected troopers and guards not spawning with the backstories I made for them.
- Added a few more goodies. Have fun spotting them.
