- Added new decisions and events for the character Hrolf the Walker:
* Now if the character is the independent ruler, the decision "Organize naval raid on Paris" is available to him
* Decision adds a new casus belli types "Scandinavian invasion of Normandy"
* Now, after deciding to form a Norman culture, a new decision "Treaty of Saint-Clair-sur-Epte" is available, after which, the character will change his name, the name of the dynasty, accept Catholicism and become a vassal of the King of France
* If the character is an AI ruler, then he will try to invade Normandy from 890 until 910, until he wins, the same decisions apply to him as to the player
* AI: If the character dies, or is landless, or has a liege, then the invasion will never happen
