Fixed incompatibility with Olympic Pantheons mod

- Added new pantheon belief: Mistress Of The Copper Mountain
- Some default beliefs now affects mountain improvements
- Russia and Canada now can build Mountain Hamlets on tundra mountains
- Petra now adds bonus yields to desert mountain tiles as well

Small nerf to Inca mountain production bonus instead of +2 Production it gives +1 Production and additional +1 Production only if the mountain tile has no features, improvements, or visible resources.

Tech boosts that required mine improvement including Mine a resource now works for mountain mine as well (but note that the boost that requires to build 3 mines works only for 3 mines of the same type: default mines or mountain mines and will not work if you build 3 mines of different types)

Mountain tunnel and Mountain road (Incas teleporter) can be built on mountains with features now.

Ski Resort can be built on mountains with Mountain Stream now.

Fixed Remove adjacent improvement command now checks if any improvement exists on the clicked tile.

Increased Mountain Hamlet bonus growth to +3% (was +2%)
Decreased Industrial Zone adjacency bonuses from Mountain Mine (+1 per 2 mines) and Mountain Stream (+1 per 3 streams)
Decreased Anchorite unit purchase cost
Added some wooden towers to training site assets to make it more distinguashable
Added sheeps to Mountain Hamlet assets when it is build on mountain with sheep resource.
