Added compatibility with NSC3 frigates, with Polish and German translations. This should not affect non-NSC users. It does not cover other NSC ships and sections.

Updated to new game version:
- support for frigates
- applied changes to AI weights and tags
- removed some sections that are not in the basegame anymore
- balance changes were mostly ignored and all extra sections have a flat 3 Aux slots at an extra cost (usually double)
German translation - please report any mistakes.

Not sure if this can break savegames, but some content did get removed or renamed, so be warned.

Added 3A versions for remaining corvette and destroyer configurations.

Created the mod with several copies of standard rear sections, few special rear sections, and destroyer missile bow.
