Once completing certain paths megacorps now unlock a respective tier 2 branch office.

the set up events for completing traditions have been improved.

tech over-rides have been removed.

Some Loc fixes.
also the modifier for giving admirals extra xp dose not work so it now gives ships 25% more xp now.(this is really good along side quality and i might move it their later or just give quality it's own 25% xp boost for super ships /shrug.)

Finally got this update out.
anyways this fixes some bugs and domes some minor overwrites three tech files, just make sure mods that also overwrite them after this in the load order.

fixed a bug with necro apprentices,and death chroniclers not showing up.(turned out to be a problem with the lotus tech)
