Totally new Workstation Interface

--Fixes
You can now use multiple workstations at the same time without any glitches
Lobby now should not error
Somehow the game now works much better than before, even better with CW 2.0 and M9K weapons, which by now are the most optimized.

--Known bugs
Workstation sometimes can "freeze-frame", but thats only a visual bug, does literally nothing to the gam

--Configurations (brr_getweaponsets, and brr_wsetinfo [index] for more info)
CW 2.0 Weapon Set is back, not as the default, but it can now be selected. (Expansions: Extra CW 2.0, Unofficial CW 2.0)
Murderthon 9000 Weapons (M9K) are now fully configured and ready to be played on.
Wasteland Weaponry weapons are configured aswell.

--New
brr_wsetinfo [index] command, that displays information about specified Weapon Set.
Weapon Set Expansions, which can now be configured for new weapon sets, and will be activated only if addon has been downloaded. (fe. CW 2.0 Extra is an expansion for CW 2.0)
New F1 menu's appearance.
New artifact sound effect.
When picking up a weapon from a different slot held by a player, it automatically replaces the last one.
Phone now have tips.

Deleted Camera Gadget, for now. Will be back soon.

--Fixes
Map Vote is now properly translated and displays all available maps.
End of the game with teams enabled now shouldn't spam errors in the console.
Mutant now always will get his knife properly.

Overall, fixed many minor bugs.

Optimized code a little.

--Fixes:
Movement Detectors, Cameras, Remote-Bombs, and Ammo Crates Landmines are now destroyable.
Fixed Workstation's funny green bar that exceeded its maximum value
Radiation now works properly.
Movement Detector now does not detect players that are walking or crouching.
Bubbles (from fe. Movement Detector) are now more visible than before.
Cars now should have cameras properly placed. (besides map optimized by the game mode like gm_fork)
Mutant is now properly-getting damage.
Gadgets now are moving with objects that they are attached to
Fixed black screen to a point, where only the ViewModel disappears after a kill. Still, dunno why it does that.
Translated some untranslated text, summary still remains only in English.
Spectator Map is now functional on any resolution starting from 800x600.
Fixed a bug, when the last round's map events stayed in the next one.

--Known Bugs:
ViewModel sometimes disappears after a kill on ArcCW weapon set (Tested it on HL2 Weapons, worked perfectly, i'll try to fix that issue.)
Grappling Hook rope remains invisible to other players, as well as Mutant's grapple.

----What is Mutant
Mutant is a role which, unlike Hunters, spawns at the start of the game. Its purpose is to gain its “team”, by changing alive players into other mutants. Their main disadvantage is that they do not see the map at all, they only can see the players through walls. Each Scan on the map, they level up gaining damage. They can be of course disabled in the gmod’s gamemode settings while starting the server or by a ConVar.

-On “Q” key he has the ability to see bodies and enemies through the walls.
-On “RMB” he can shoot a rope that works similar to a grappling hook and also can be used to steal life from other players.
-Mutant can grab bodies by pressing “E” and drop them by pressing the same button. If he drops the body under some kind of ceiling (fe. in the house), then he can press “R” to turn the body into a new mutant.

----ConVars
brr_cl_hitmarker [Default 1] - Disables or enables default hitmarker
brr_cl_damageindicators [Default 1] - Disables or enables default damage indicators
brr_mutant [Default 0] - Disables or enables spawning of the mutant.

brr_itemfrequency [Default 100] - Sets the frequency of weapons, attachments, and gadgets on the map (0-100)

----Map Creators and Developers
-Easier Map Configuration Tool
-Many hooks and functions for modding the gamemode. I'll post a link to the documentation after I finish it.

Overall Code rework since this gamemode's 'core' features were programmed around 3 years ago.
It's still not perfect, but I tried to make it as readable as possible with my knowledge.

----For next mini update
-Even more code rework, since there is still much to fix.
-Game Preparing Screen, since the old one was deleted
-Changing game start music via simple convar
-New default game start music
-Hunter levels
-Mutant Echolocation ability
-Tool for converting last version’s maps to the newest.
-More balance and fixes to mutants and hunters.
-More gadgets, that i talked about some time ago

----Known Bugs
-Grappling Hook's line is not visible to other players
-Random Black Screen appears out of nowhere, which quickly disappears.
-Random pieces of the Workstation sometimes appear on 0,0,0 coordinates.
-Some of the text in the game is English when using a different language. (This is not a bug, more like it's not done for translation yet)
-Players with lower resolutions can't sometimes see some of the new UI elements, but they're usually not that important.
-Wrong placed car on the fork.
-Challanges break while joining ongoing round


There are many other things added in this update as well, but I don’t really remember all of it since it was being worked on for a really long time.

A tool for converting last version’s maps will be available in the next mini update, so keep your maps configured somewhere!
