Stats
N-Air damage increased from 4 -> 8 | late hit 4 -> 6
F-Air Multihits now connect more consistently.
F-Strong Scaling (.8 -> .9)
U-Strong during burning mode will now perform a killing throw.
If an attack is done during burning mode, it will prevent it from depleting at 0% until it finishes.

Ducky Update (A smol Rework as a treat)

-Increased range on Hitboxes
- Jab, F-Tilt, D-Tilt, D-Attack, Nair, U-Air, B-Air, F-Air
-DSpec now works on a 5-second timer, recharging every 10 seconds, losing 15% at the start of the move and slowly decreasing each second.
-Increased Height from U-Special to promote going off stage and not need as much to come back.
-Holding Parry rather than down on control stick during U-Smash will now activate combust during Burning.
-Moves affected by DSpec will no longer get rid of the fire effect.
-Dodging a projectile using FSpec grants you invinciblity for your next attack.

-Adjusted Hitboxes to hit and feel better
- N-Spec is somewhat bigger
- D-Strong now reaches somewhat below Ducky.

-Dspecial is now a shine hitbox that pushes people away. :)
-Decreased vertical range on D-Air and Damage from 10 -> 8
-UStrong 2 Damage 10 -> 5 || Base KB 10 -> 8 || Scaling .3 -> .5

-Ducky now has all 32 colors! The trans color has an outline thanks to Lukaru's code

-Knockback Adjustment from 1.1 -> 1.15

-D-Strong startup reduced from 12 -> 7
-All D-Strong hitboxes now direct to 90 degrees.
-U-Tair startup reduced from 8 -> 6
-U-Tair 1 and 2 Base KB increased from 7 -> 8 and KB Growth reduced from .2 -> 1
-U-Tair 2 and 3 no longer goes into pratfall and have bigger hitboxes.
-U-Tair 2 angle is now 80 -> 70.
-Dair removed sourspot, now just one big spike with Base KB of 8 and KB Growth of 0.6

Moveset Changes
(-) F-Strong base hitpause increased from 10 to 12.
(-) N-Special now has cooldown for 12 frames after using it, decreasing chances of stalling.
(+) Dash Attack and F-Tilt hitbox increased range for more priority.
(+) D-Strong startup decreased by 1 frame.

Dev Note: In attempt to create more use of U-Tilt/Air, for the purpose of Ducky having one good move above her. Hitbox changes to increase priority and make them more consistent.

- Walljump or getting hit now grants back Side-B recovery.
- KO'ing someone now grants all feathers.
- Hitboxes extended for Jab 2, F-Air, U-Tilt/Air
- U-Tilt/Air now conserves horizontal momentum and adds vertical velocity than resetting it. Also you can now follow up sooner on hit.
- D-Air sourspot now launches away than spiking.

- U-Tilt/Air knockback increased 5 -> 7 and angle changed 80 -> 70
- Flaming U-Tilt/Air 3 knockback decreased 10 -> 9

Cosmetic Changes:
- Pressing Taunt at the start of the game while using Ken's color will now activate White Ken and EVO Moment 37 parry.

Dev note: Finally playing a tourney with her and playtesting afterwards, comparing to the basecast. Ducky seems very underwhelming. This is a buff patch essentially.

FSmash now kills earlier
+ Base knockback has been increased 8 -> 9
+ Being on fire now adjusts scaling at 1.2 rather than knockback

DSmash sourspot base knockback has been increased 6 -> 8
FAir last hitbox now deals more knockback 4 -> 6
FTilt angle is changed from 30 -> 55

DAir sweetspot now takes priority than sourspot.
NSpecial now recovers faster.
FSpecial can now be cancelled into from Jab 2, and cancel window is now wider. Any back-to backuses will slowly drain feathers from Ducky.

Fixed USmash on fire sometimes releasing large opponents.

Hitstun added to DTilt, FTilt, NSpecial.
(Should let Ducky add more pressure getting more advantage or combo easier)
