Disabled unnecessary logging during the end of turns.

Paperback will now remember the state of the game when saved/loaded.

- The setup buttons will no longer appear for a saved/loaded game that had already been started.
- Paperback will remember and restore the player whose turn it was when the game was saved.

Fixed issue where Power, Theme, and Award cards could get cleaned up by mistake at the end of a turn.

Updated the deck with higher resolution cards, better color, eliminated the black border on the fronts and restored the white border on the backs to match the actual cards.
