v1.1.2: Re-disabled AI use of the skill - it was causing crashes.

v1.1.1: Re-enabled AI use of the skill - it was toggled off by mistake.
If this causes unanticipated issues, please comment and I will revert the mod to the previous version.

I honestly don't remember if I changed anything about the file or just the description or something. Maybe this was when I got the mod working and made it public.
