Updated SBS LADYBIRD Class Sky Crane, Mk.I - "Lulu", Challenger Edition.

- Added a button that will allow you to Manual set LOAD MODE active. It replaces the LOAD ACTIVE INDICATOR in the control panel. The MODE Status shows up in the HUD: IDLE (Ground Idle), FLT (Normal Flight Mode good for unladen flights) and LOD (Load Mode which sets the system to carry heavy loads by amping the RPS on the Engines and setting the gearboxes for more RPS)

Updated SBS LADYBIRD Class Sky Crane, Mk.I - "Lulu", Challenger Edition.

- With the last patch they removed the nozzle trick from removing visible exhaust fumes. Reverted to exhaust tubes and it fix the issue that was choking the engine.

- Switch it back so that you have to turn on the Avionics and HUD switches instead of them coming on by default.
