added a new item to inject data into someone using STEM from a distance, will add a failsafe for the stem malfunction later to prevent non stem users from being affected

alright so it actually reverses the effects now, or at least it should now, planning on adding something to reverse the malfunction in the future

you will no longer be affected by a STEM malfunction if you don't have STEM to begin with, those nearby will also be cured but i will fix this in the future
