Due to potential risk, spell scrolls no longer delay the caster's current round.

(This is because using "delay round" on items will cause the user's all buffs and debuffs not to tick down 1 rd when he lost his current round. This might seems harmless in most time, but will break some designs when the buff or debuff should be limited in certain numbers of round, such as the Time Stop.)

Due to spell scrolls no longer delay round, scrolls have been changed for a better balance as follows:

Create Moderate Undead: duration lowered from 4 to 3. Summoned Death Knight weakened.
Mass Delay Teleportation: no change.
Body of Effulgent Beryl: reflect damage lowered from 100% to 50%, duration from 5 to 3.
Freedom of Movement: party stun and move resist lowered from 100% to 50%, duration from 3 to 2.
Indomitability: duration lowered from 3 to 2.
Triplet Maximize Magic: stun self duration increased from 1 to 2.
