First 9.0 Update!

-Tweaked the whole pack so it should now work with the new 9.0 version.
(Unfortunately means I had to remove the 3d / height maps in 90% of the block textures.)

Also Removed some Icons that did not make sense with the new 9.0 Changes:

-All Zombies had same amount of health. Meaning: Now this mod wont effect zombies health in any way, as it really shouldn't. (sorry for any inconveniences)
