Added some pumps to the extended ballast tanks to prevent constant up-and down when holding position with autopilot.

Extended the rear ballast to improve descend speed a little against the strong currents. Torpedo tubes now come with two unguided Torpedoes with uex charges instead of sub busters. Som decorative changes and minor stuff.

Sorry for the many Updates. I got some problem with steam workshop updating mechanism. Added an in Game description and fixed some stuff.
