Added a braking system for the periscope

Fixed buoyancy, looks sleeker, recharges 02 and properly resets terminal when using periscope. Could be simpler but it works

Fixed navigation, the bike no longer flies off if you forget to reset the nav terminal vector. Also made terminal unbreakable, and disabled propeller damage

Updated for the Uncharted Depths patch 12/12/2020

Moved the docking port, changed the wifi channel (for update reasons) and fixed charging issues
