**Please note this is not a fix; This is an implementation as Wildcard have not added/supported this in the files they have provided us via the Ark Dev Kit v321.1.
I have had to implement this myself and because so, sadly this will not support the vanilla variant of the Shoulder Cannon as Wildcard have not updated their Custom Tags (like they do for Chibis and MiniHLNA in the Shield slot)**
