Update 4.2.0

- Updated mod to work with Stellaris 3.8
- Necessary change to dragon leader traits to make them function, they are now council traits and will only apply their buff when a dragon leader is assigned to the council. Because of this, trait buffs are empire wide but you'll have to choose which you want given the limited number of council members. Also important disclaimer, the icon for the trait is scuffed and I can't fix it, I've tried everything I can think of. Paradox breaks things when they update and I expect this is the case for now, I'll just have to wait and hope the correct way of doing things works later.

Given how fresh the update is and my general inactivity towards stellaris, expect this update to be a messy fix. If nothing else I'm pretty sure everything is at least working...?

Report and bugs you get, I'll see what I can do. Be aware that the more recent the update to Stellaris, the more limited my ability to fix things will be, some stuff just stays broken for a while for no particular reason.

Update 4.1.1

- Fixed Dragon trait being addable via gene modding resulting in AI empires using it

Paradox changed some modifiers in the script, probably to make lithoid and plantoid traits exclusive to those species, I must have missed it. In any case, should be fixed now, dragon trait can once again only be used by actual dragons.

Update 4.1 changelog

- Dragon Hive civic fixed, gives +3 civics as intended
- Dragon Hive can now access all dragon civics that don't have ethic requirements

Dragon Hive will eventually have its own civics and will lose access to non-hive civics, but for now I have this solution.

Update 4.0 Changelog

- 6 new civics.
- 5 civics to complete the ethics set, now every ethic has 1 civic.
- 1 new civic based around espionage.
- God civic removed for now, don't know if I'll be adding this one back or not.
- Renamed Draconic Imperium civic to Draconic Empire since imperial government type is not required.

Finally completing the ethics civics has prompted me to give this update the 4.0 mark. Not sure I release enough updates to justify that but most of the updates just don't get released so whatever.

In any case I've finally achieved all the major goals I had for this mod. Until I decide what to do with it next, updates probably won't be very significant. That said, I do have something in mind that I'd really like to do I'm just not sure I can do it. Until I know if it can even happen, I won't say anything about it, can't go raising hopes only to dash them.

If I can motivate myself to do it, I'll add a purifier civic sometime soon, we'll see.

Please note that for a few months now I have been dealing with health related issues and cannot work on this mod very much, I have not forgotten or stopped developing it, I just need a break to handle some other things first.

3.1 Changelog:
-Added a new civic for megacorp government type.
-Added a new civic for xenophile ethic.
-Cleaned up the code a bit (won't affect the game at all)

Planning to add at least one civic for each ethic, possibly a civic for each government type, and maybe extra civics for specific empire types like fanatic purifiers or devouring swarms.

Also planning to reseal the dragon portrait so the AI doesn't use it, last update accidentally allowed AI to use it.

3.0 Changelog:
-Removed Draconic Imperium government type.
-Added Draconic Imperium civic in its place.
-Portraits are no longer limited to a government type and can be used independently of other mod features.
-Civics are no longer dependent on government type but instead on the new civic that takes it's place (alongside usual ethic requirements). Civics are no longer limited to the dragon portraits and can also be used independently of other mod features.

2.1.3 update features:
-Removed ethic requirements from Draconic Imperium government type, you can now play spiritualist dragons and transcend time and space (or whatever it is you do, I haven't played spiritualist in a while), have fun
-Changed ethic requirements for some draconic civics, mega-structure civics no longer has any requirements and tech civics will both now accept fanatic or normal materialist ethics

Thinking about adding more ethic based civics now...
