Patch 0.9.5
New Game Rule option for Singer cultures to start with Stormform already unlocked.
You can now Adopt Bureaucracy as a tribal ruler.
If your Liege is a Highprince, Adopt Feudalism now makes you a Highprince instead of regular Feudal.
Characters who canonically get paired up in the books now start out with a hidden relation which means that only a player is able to force them into marrying someone else.
Species discrimination doctrines now affect interspecies marriage; When a species is considered "criminal" you are fully prevented from marrying them.
Squiddard Snark character added to the court at Tentacle.
New mod-relevant Loading Screen Tips.
Tweaked a bunch of Tenets.
A bunch of Surgebinding-dependent interactions and event options now work with Honorblades, but no longer work at level 1 Radiance as the Surgebinding is unlocked at level 2.
Nightblood no longer leaves behind corpses.
Lowered Bureaucratic and Luminocratic requirements for Council positions.
Tweaked Cultural Era calendar restrictions a little.
Tweaked the Age display for ancient characters.

Bugfixes:
Cultivation is now properly invisible instead of a mannequin.
Fixed map locator issues in the Sadeas Highprincedom.
Spren that survive their Radiant are now reused to save performance.
Fixed a bug where spren would arrive as courtiers in Urithiru.
Fixed a bug where Ishar declaring a Crusade could prevent the summoning of the Everstorm. Much to his disappointment.
Radiant AI now properly uses investiture to heal from wounds.
Bunch of localization fixes.

Patch 0.9.4
Singers now have their own "End the Vengeance Pact" and "End the Oathpact" decisions.
Tweaked Singer form stats and AI selection - AI should now be better at choosing a form matching their lifestyle.
Major decisions and events such as capturing an Unmade now grant large amounts of Renown.
Made minor tweaks to duchy map colors in unfinished regions, so that the duchy view doesn't look quite as homogenous.
Slightly nerfed AI Eshonai's starting forces and nerfed player Eshonai's starting forces by a bit more.
New Mod Logo
Tweaked custom difficulty rules with a small martial penalty for having high stress.
Set the End Date to 2000.1.1 because apparently PDX fixed it not applying previously.
Yelig-Nar is now defeated if the host is killed by Nightblood.
The Harbinger of the Everstorm gets to choose the species doctrine of their faith and whether humans should be considered forgiven, shunned, or criminal.

Patch 0.9.3
Use the local Oathgate: Decision for Radiant army commanders. Cheaper for Elsecallers and Willshapers.
The Harbinger of Odium can now spend investiture to direct one of the Regional Unmade.
Everstorm deals more damage to human counties.
Fused: Leshwi, Raboniel and Lezian.
The Fused retain their friends and rivals through death, and respawn in Everstorms.

Yelig-Nar:
In order to defeat Blightwind, you must endure its curse.
Every tick, (9-18 months) get another stack of its modifier and a random surgebinding.
When you have 10 surges active at once, you permanently consume Yelig-Nar.
If you run out of investiture, then Yelig-Nar consumes *you*.
Until defeated, Yelig-Nar will be offered to anyone who can kill its host, and will otherwise be randomly reborn during the Everstorm.

Restore the Oathpact
This is the endgame goal for Radiant players, and will permanently end any ongoing desolations.
The requirements are Luminocratic Government and being a level 5 bondsmith with X level 5 radiants on your Radiant Council.
X = 9 minus the number of captured Unmade.
The currently capturable Unmade are Nergaoul, Ashertmarn and Yelig-Nar.
Moelach, Sja-Anat and Re-Shephir are also planned.
Ba-Ado-Mishram, Chemoarish and Dai-Gonarthis are not currently planned.

QoL and flavor:
The Radiant Buttons now pulse when active, reminding you to swear ideals or heal when able.
New Fonts
Improved many localizations and game concepts.
New Mod Credits page on the frontend
A brand new easteregg. HINT: UNITE THEM.

Fixes:
Should have fixed any desyncs or stuttering present previously. Let me know if you still have issues.
You should no longer be able to click the "recreate religious head" and spend piety if you can't actually hold the Everstorm title.
Spren should once again have species trait icons.

Minor Patch 0.9.1:
Chull Rider nerfs against Listeners:
1. Nerfed Chull Riders' stats from 12/80 to 10/75.
2. Gave Chull Riders a -4 damage penalty on Shattered Plains.
3. Removed Chull Riders' ability to counter archers and skirmishers. It's now just a cheap stat sponge, as it was intended.
Doubled AI Eshonai's free MAA at game start, so that she's not a total pushover with the new vanilla MAA mechanics.
Refactored some of the character GUI to better handle eyecolor traits. Fixed species marriage penalty.

Patch 0.9.0: Harbingers of the Everstorm
New Beta Feature: Desolations
*You must opt-in to the "Desolations Enabled (BETA)" game rule to allow the Desolation. Feedback is welcome!*
This is a new custom way for Singers to declare Great Holy Wars!
How to Desolate:
Research Stormform, then take the Summon Everstorm decision to become the Harbinger of the Everstorm.
Benefits of doing so:
By becoming the Harbinger of the Everstorm, you can declare Great Holy Wars. Repeatedly pump your Investiture into the "Sing the Song of Storms" to conjure more and more Stormform Singers. Available so long as the Everstorm is active, even for AI.
How to end the Desolation:
Kill the Harbinger of the Everstorm to disable reinforcements and put the Summon Everstorm decision on global cooldown for 90 years.

Warfare and magic
Added the Unmade Ashertmarn, with similar mechanics to the Thrill but with different modifiers and effects. Also fixed the Thrill to actually happen (Blame Paradox for having false documentation for this one)
Reenabled Great Holy Wars as a mechanic. This has not been properly tested, but it should work as for generic vanilla faiths.
New Windrunner, Dustbringer, Edgedancer and Stoneward MAA. These are OP units, held back by high cost and small unit size.
New Chull Riders MAA. These have very high health but bad attack and negative pursuit and screen. Paid for with prestige. They make a solid cheap front line.
New Stormform Singers MAA. These are overstatted for their cost. You'll need them to fight off the Radiants.
AI should now be better at choosing the MAA appropriate to their culture, and not stack a bunch of cavalry in the east.
Royal Guard is now only available for cultures with the Royal Army Traditions innovation. This is available for research only when the Culture Head has an empire tier title.

Graphics and flavor:
New Stormfather model - he's now a floating head.
Enforced the new Cobalt Blue uniform for the Kholins
Flavorized Dalinar's Royal Guard as the "Cobalt Guard".
Thaylen Eyebrows are now a thing (Currently male only)
Added more nuanced eyecolor traits, such as Gold, Green and Violet lighteyes.
Purged many obvious earth names, like dynn_London.
Tons of new mercenary names, such as the Azish "Acquisitions Incorporated".
Fixed a ton of buggy gfx things like hairstyles, beards and clothing.
Merged Thaylen and Kharbranthian into the Frostlander culture group, because it was weird having them in a culture group that was literally called "deprecated_vorin_cultures" - this was the culture group that Alethi and Veden were in before they became their own culture groups.
Put Jasnah and Shallan in Kharbranth on game start.
Tweaked the distribution of counties in Shinovar somewhat. Nowhere near done yet.

Events and story
Added more spren events.
Dalinar starts with a murder secret.
Doubled the random weights for all spren events to increase the chances of getting any of them on the yearly random events tick. Most of them are still only once-per-lifetime. Also added a huge randomness weight increase for your first spren event, so that you're practically guaranteed to get at least one spren event relatively soon after bonding your spren.
Also upped the chances of other Roshar-specific events.
Reenabled a ton of vanilla events that had been disabled before; particularly trait- and relationship-specific events.

Royal Guard and other characters who should be now tend to wear more armor
Added a Radiant Council for Luminocracies, and reenabled the Urithiru "cheat start" where you get to start with the Luminocracy government type.

Minor patch 0.8.1
Added another spren interaction event - your spren walks in on you getting intimate with someone.
Fixed GUI bugs that made the Kingsguard GUI always show, while hiding the Radiant and Artifact windows.
