Patch 0.8: The Royal Guard
Royal Guard
Independent King or Empire tier rulers get a council-like Royal Guard.
You start with one Royal Guard Captain, and get one Royal Guard per prestige level to a total of (1+6) as a Living Legend.
The Royal Guard Captain acts like a second Marshal.
The Royal Guard members default to protecting their ruler, but can also be sent to other courts to protect your dynasty members in those courts.

Events and Localization
Changed the naming conventions for Alethi realms to be dynastic and using the definite form. (i.e. "The Kholin Highprincedom" rather than "Highprincedom of Kholin")
Reenabled and changed a bunch of vanilla-only events to also work on Roshar.
A couple of Vorinism-specific events have been added.
Several yearly events for interacting with your spren have been added. They are all conditional, so you're not guaranteed to get them.
Several yearly events set in the highstorm have been added.
Fixed missing symbols from the Women's Script showing as boxes for illiterate characters.
Big improvements to custom pilgrimages, including adding a Nightwatcher Pilgrimage for those who have reasons to go.
More options added to the Nightwatcher.

Balance
Nerfed Shardblades and sprenblade by 5 prowess in an effort to avoid hitting the prowess cap at a regular basis.
There should now be more radiants in general.

WIP Features
The foundations of a Quest system has been added - it is similar to the CK2 Ambitions system, but are currently only granted by random events. These will grant a reward if you complete a specific task, such as getting a particular trait or title, murdering a specific character, or having X number of children.
Voidspren corruption is now a thing that can happen to your spren. It doesn't do anything yet.

Minor un-numbered patch:
Tons of error fixes in an attempt to fix a nasty crash. If anyone still crashes and can figure out how to reproduce it, send me a save file and an error report!
Forcibly grant spren to player squires
Luminocratic player courtiers now become radiant over time.
Neighbors of a luminocratic player realm now randomly generate radiant courtiers.
New Nightwatcher boon/curse: Empire. Grants an Empire title to you, but also gives one to all your direct vassals above barony tier.

Patch 7.3

Important hotfix: Fixed a nasty crash when count-tier history character with the Luminophilic Cultivation tenet died.

The AI is now significantly less likely to choose the artifabrian or dueling paths unless it has a good reason to do so (Such as having shards or broken artifacts)
Added Babatharnam's Special Elective Succession law (Eldest Elective)
Babath culture now has +10 life expectancy and -10 opinion of other cultures.
Babath culture rulers now get special flavorization.
Added the first of many Way of Kings themed pilgrimage events.
(Including 0.7.1 and 0.7.2, which contained tons of minor error fixes, such as fixing accidentally naked cultures and humans wearing carapace)

Patch 0.7.0: You do not have security clearance to read the name of this patch.
New Bureaucracy Government, using cities as the main holding type.
A bunch of new event chains.
A bunch of new Vassal Contracts.
New buildings.
New "Policy" system for Bureaucracies and Luminocracies, accessible in the Realm Window. These include Military Doctrines, Education, Healthcare, Tax, Infrastructure, Law Enforcement, and Foreign Policies.
A custom Faction will attempt to force through their preferred tax policy. If this is deemed successful by players, more will follow in future patches.
Revision of the history files for eastern Makabakam, such as providing Yanagawn with his best friend Lift.
Nudged the borders in Makabakam and Tu Bayla, hopefully making for better gameplay. A lot of cartography is still missing.

New Flavorization for Makabakam.
Revised Azish and Thaylen Elective systems.

If you can find her, you can now petition the Nightwatcher for extremely strong boons. Be warned, they come at a cost...
Nightblood now prevents the reincarnation of those it kills.
Luminocracies now get access to extremely strong Radiant Dynasty Perks.
2 more Game Rules:
Radiant Bias: Deterministic, Default (Random)
Radiant Prevalence: None, Rare, Normal, Common, Very Common
A few more cultures now have hidden bonuses.

Made the frontend animation toggle default to being disabled, because apparently y'all play on potatoes.

Minor patch:
Heralds now reincarnate after being killed. If they have changed faiths or cultures since their last reincarnation, they will change names to the appropriate cultural/religious epithet.
Killing a Herald now grants the Vyre trait.
The Vyre trait is now criminal for faiths with the special "Heralds of the Almighty" doctrine.
"Heralds of the Almighty" works similarly to Ecumenism, but for Herald-worshipping
Heralds can now have hair (though still not *good* hair) and can't become radiant through a normal stress break.
