Update content:

1. Solve the version adaptation problem: in the new version, when building consumes money, prestige and piety at the same time, it will cause the building panel to stretch horizontally, and then the mouse cannot select the right scroll bar. Therefore, the construction consumption of some buildings is modified to solve the above problem.

2. Slightly improved the effect of Family Council and Council Palace.

At present, there is a lack of inspiration for new buildings, and it is worried that adding more buildings will make mod bulky as a whole. The next step is to develop the exclusive event of the duchy wonder buildings, but I have not yet found a way to match the buildings with the events and decisions.

Add level 9 upgrade to 6 duchy miracle buildings:

Great trade center: Bank reform and stock issue (upgrade requires money > = 5000, effective requires money > = 2000)

Mystic spire: New fountain of youth (upgrading requires learning > = 30)

Center harbor: Windsurfing battleship (upgrading requires innovation bombard)

Royal Workshop: Firearm improvement (upgrading requires innovation bombard)

City inlaid in mountains: City of roses (upgrading requires innovation crane)

Bloody Court: Fortress prison (upgrading requires innovation machicolations)

Add new duchy miracle building : Imperial communique (mainly to improve the opinion of the people, feudal ministers and the domain limit).


Note:

The building Imperial communique is actually allowed to rise to level 9. The demand for upgrading from level 8 to level 9 is technology Renaissance thought, and republican government. That is to say, please wait for Paradox's DLC to open playable republic.

In the future, more duchy miracle buildings may be allowed to be upgraded to level 9, which often requires the technology of the late Middle Ages and more stringent restrictions.

Add new building: Holy Legion (if you want to know why it's called holy legion, you can search the holy army of lower Thebes)
Bonus effect changes of advanced central harbour and advanced Royal workshop: level 8 central harbour cancels siege weapon efficiency bonus, gets mercenary cost reduction bonus and income bonus; level 8 Royal workshop gets siege weapon efficiency bonus.
The bloody court now requires innovation royal prerogative.
AI will now have a certain tendency to build early duchy buildings, and will never build duchy miracle buildings.
Minor changes in other values.
Fix bug with invalid development bonus.

Note: Although there is no explicit prohibition in the game, it is not recommended to build two or more same duchy miracle buildings , otherwise it will destroy the balance of the game.

For example, the construction of two parliament palaces may drain all the taxes and levies of the vassals directly under them, resulting in their inability to maintain their troops and long-term bankruptcy, and their inability to resist the vassals under them.

Another example is the central harbour. Since the effect of reducing the cost of mercenaries has been added, if two harbours are built at the same time, all mercenaries will be free of charge. What a disaster!
