- added civic "involuntary test subjects"

- added 2 techs that improve medical workers (1 additional amenities, 2 trade value per tech and per medical worker) as well as unlocking 1 upgrade for the gene clinic building per tech (you have to choose between the upgrades)
- added the aforementioned building upgrades
- added compatibility for simplified chinese, french, polish, russian, spanish
