Landing on physics objects like buildings would cause helicopters to blow up.

  • This was caused by the bending effect of the skids.
    Disabling the bending effect appears to have fixed the problem.

    When I compared my helicopters to vanilla helicopters, I noticed the PO-30 Orca had also had its bending effect disabled by BI. So apparently this problem also occured on some vanilla helicopters.


MFD tweaks
  • Adjusted fuel entries in config to reflect the correct values.
    The amount of fuel has not changed. Only what value shows up in the MFD.
    Older values were just counting faster instead of showing the correct lower value.

HiddenSelection.

  • Shark texture option added to all helicopters.(Except for Medevacs)
    Imported shark-textures for UH-1N class from Take On Helicopters.


Muzzleflashes
  • Adjusted muzzleflash position on flex-miniguns.

Viewoptics
  • Removed obsolete setting for UH-1 Gunship Flex Searchlight.

LOD fix
  • Updated LODs on Ammobox_Flex to reduce visual impact of possible "pop-ins" of meshes.

AI trouble
  • AI door-gunners still aims too short.
    Adjusting position of memory-points didn't help.

SAFE mode has been removed from weapon selections.

  • It seemed to cause problems with the AI during combat.


Zeus config
  • Units should now be available in Zeus.


Reflex sight improvements
  • Reflex sights have been improved so they now are actually useful.
  • Added different reticles for older hueys.
  • Reflex sight added for UH-1N class.
  • Updated gunners on flex gunships with new reflex sights.
    This update added an extra LOD to the gunship models which results
    in an increased overall size of the mod.


ARA sight adjusted
  • Reticles are now aimed properly.


Pylon selection UI
  • Added new UI pictures for all armed helicopters.


Armament config
  • Tweaked AI settings for minigun to make the AI gunners more trigger-happy.
    Changed values for rockets so AI will always fire in dual mode.


Pylon weapons
  • Memory points were not aimed correctly which made the AI miss every shot.
    All Memory points are now adjusted, so now the AI has one less excuse for missing
    its target.


Adjusted position of all reflex sights and aim dots
  • Changing the position of memory points in pylon weapons required all sights
    to be adjusted.


Removed double unnecessary instrumentation components from cockpit
  • Initially there were two sets of instruments. One for daytime use and one
    for nighttime use. Turned out a single set can be used both night and day.


Various faces order sorted for transparency
  • Every face that's supposed to be transparent needs to be sorted in the right order.
    It's easy to overlook something. There are probably more somewhere.
    (Wrong faces shows up as bluish through a glass/window)


Miscellaneous bugs
  • Adjusted memory points for compasses on UH-1 class.
  • Replaced obsolete entry in damage rvmat.
