BUGFIX: Fixed an out-of-bounds error in one of my FOR loops. Should have no impact on use of the mod, but will stop an annoying log error.

UPDATE: Updated the previous versions 'evac bugfix' to instead be an 'anytime' activation Short-Circuit Shutdown. This new ability costs 1 action point, can be done at anytime, and will effectively 'kill' the Andromedon Shell, turning it into a 'high-cover statue'... the same that can happen from a random roll to 'team dead'. :)

The reason for this change was it became apparent that an XCOM rolled Andromedon robot cannot Evac, Use an Acension Gate or use Lift Off Avenger, this insta-kill ability covers all three cases & provides an optional strategic use.

BUGFIX: Fixed an 'odd' bug that an Andromedon Shell that ends up on XCOM team might not be able to 'Evac'.
So I made an 'Evac Shutdown' ability that 'kills' the unit, usable only from inside the Evac zone.
