2. Added an option to "hide" the tech tiles at setup prior to selecting a leader

Couple of small updates:

1. Minor tweaks to the setup processes (remove extra re-stack logic for the snooper tokens, etc..)
2. Snap points near the board area for technology tiles (next to the reveal hand button)

4. Rival conversion of 7 spice for VP logic w/ IX expansion (for tech tiles)
5. Tech tiles will refresh/flip if forgotten at end of a phase
6. Dreadnought automation for Rival (card actions, combat preference, etc..)
7. Added intrigue card tracking and management to the UI overlay
8. Epic Game Mode!
