- changed feral cold ones ID to match ER Amazons
- removed agent_culture_details reference to Vampire agent in order to fix the "can't recruit Vampire hero" bug being reported ----- even though this bug has never manifested itself for me.

Pushing early in an attempt to encourage Steam to propagate a working version since I'm still getting bug reports possibly from the bad version earlier this week.

Confirmed that this affects only heroes in garrison. Does not affect units outside garrison.

All would-be normal abilities restored for the garrison "summoner hero" clone units.
Additionally performed a review and edit of OCMC abilities. Now the lvl 4 settlement will give an activated ability to the hero so you know it's working. (excluding some occupied capitals)

- removed 1 squig herd unit from the vanilla Animals resource building. (3 vanilla squig herds remaining)

- gave summoner hero abilities to the Night Goblin Big Boss in Wez Speshul's Skarsnik faction

- Support for custom unit Dwarf Thunderbarge. This unit is added to the garrison from the Karaz-A-Karak Airfield landmark if you have the Thunderbarge mod.

- Gryocopter (Brimstone) has been changed from the Karaz-A-Karak Airfield garrison unit to a summoner hero summon.

- Throne Hall of the High King landmark's Hammerers garrison unit has changed to a summoner hero summon. Ironbreakers added to the garrison.

- Reiksgard spawn priority lowered to below Flagellants, Halberds, and Mortars

- Altdorf uniquely has 1 Mortar with higher priority than Greatswords and Handgunners

- restored summoner hero Thane from The Silver Hall landmark to normal Thane

- fixed summoner hero agents missing their default abilities and spells

- fixed bug in base game that put 3 Vampires in Masif Orcal and Tor Yvresse

For real this time without the CTD:

- Huntsmen added to the lvl 3 Empire hunting resource chain. Will only appear if you have the Wolfheart DLC.
- manually assigned two unit permissions to lizardmen
