Finally figured out how to get the correct form of Paralysis enchantment.

Removed paralysis again because it was a permanet effect and that's way too OP. If anyone has any tips for adding the normal type of paralysis effect that only lasts for a few seconds and only has a small percentage change of activating please let me know.

Made it only paralyze on critical hits. :D
