New feature: wheel type detection function , off road damage level realated to wheel type: light, medium, heavy. The larger wheels are, the less affected by terrain type.

New feature: tweaked some vehicles brake feature. The brake distance problem solved.
fixed: acceleartion damage now changed to fall off damage. Not so easy to damage now.

Tweaked the bump script to avoid " flying" .
