The update is finally here!

Renamed "SEAL Team" to more generic "Special Forces"
Added new Icon, Unit Flag, and Strategic View icon
Rebalanced Promotions, added promotion that grants attacking bonus from Coasts, the ability to enter rival territory, and no defensive bonuses from terrain
Added custom Model by Wolfdog
Added 30 custom Names of historic (with 1 fictional easter egg) Special Forces Units
