Updated to take advantage of schema 2 functions

- now with fixed 1-2-1 (1-1 for 426) configuration in single, double or triple unit count

changed minimum number of middle carriages to 0 to allow for modelling of the BR 426

changed price/costs:
one carriage costs 5M, but passenger cost reduced from 0.05 to 0.01
It should therefor be more profitable when nearly full
