Bug fixes:
- generators now working properly
- fixed ROV winch making lots of noise
- fixed heli landing bars being quite unstable
- fixed captain seat

Updated ROV vertical movements logic, now can use direct thrust or hold current depth wich is adjustable.
Some other minor improvements.
