Smugglers expanded to space!

Added new space cargo ships:
* L124RD
* 63CK0N
* C-R-4B
* B-0N-3

Autopilot adjustments:
* further reduction of possible rotation
* speed reduced from ~50 m/s to 25-35 m/s.
* some minor tweaks

- completely reworked random loot.
- 4 new ships: cV4LD4, SL1M3R, Y43G3R, F/R-06
- minor changes to old ships
- fixed P1630N spawn on planets without atmosphere
- replaced old ammo in interior turrets
