Update: 9 Feb, 2021 @ 9:36am

Small logic fix for the front ramp. When trying to do a trip between two islands I found that the second and third parts of the ramp could not be retracted after being extended. This is now fixed and the ramp goes all the way out and then back in.

Update: 9 Feb, 2021 @ 8:19am

Added thumbnail image.

Update: 9 Feb, 2021 @ 7:23am

Replaced push buttons on car deck doors with two sided toggle buttons, making the large doors easier to open and shut. There is now also a button to shut all car deck doors from the bridge in case of bad weather.

Added a drainage system to the front of the car deck, with two large ports inside and two outside. Operated from the bridge.

Added a constant on signal for depth sensor and removed switch from bridge to make operation easier.

Constant on signal for passenger lights replaced with an optional switch at the top of the main staircase, in front of the lift/elevator. Should help performance.

Added more physics fillers to improve physics performance.

Removed two extra flags from the back of the car deck to reduce number of bodies and increase performance.

Added sloped blocks to the end of the front ramp to make loading and unloading easier.

Gear ratios changed to increase top speed slightly.

Gear 1 replaced with a reverse gear and direction selectors have been added to bridge.

Two distance lasers added to either side of the front ramp to help you line it up when docking. The lasers report the distance to two numeric displays on the bridge, either side of the view of the front ramp.

Seats/benches added to the upper balcony deck.

Medical room with two medical beds, two passenger seats and equipment added.

Update: 9 Feb, 2021 @ 1:46am

Increased height of car deck by moving everything above it upwards. Staircases, pipes and the lift shaft have been extended as a result.

Doors at the front and back of the car deck replaced. They are now much larger and fully sealable. There was an issue with the last sets of doors which meant they didn't fully seal which I have now fixed.

Added spare ropes and some more rope hooks to the sides of the car deck.

Update: 8 Feb, 2021 @ 9:56am

More of a quality of life update this time.

Improved the usability of the front ramp by adding a third leaf. This is extended through the same throttle as the second leaf. This should increase the reach of the ramp by just over one third.

Improved the feel of the passenger cabin, removed chairs and tables in the centre to make it easier to access the staircase to the bridge, and removed part of one supporting wall to give a nice view through. Added bunk beds and outfit inventories to cabins.

Added two flags to the back of the ship (one French, one just plain green).

Added two winches to the front of the ship and two more to the back, along with some ropes at either end, should make towing a bit easier.

Increased fuel capacity again, not as big of a jump this time, but capacity goes up from around 265,000 to 300,000 Litres. I will continue to increase the capacity where I can.

Added some physics filler blocks to inaccessible areas of the hull, improving performance on my end slightly.

Update: 8 Feb, 2021 @ 7:42am

Complete overhaul to the bottom of the hull, increasing buoyancy. The ship sits higher in the water than it did previously.

Fuel tanks expanded so total fuel capacity is now more than double what it was before (up from around 110,000 Litres to 265,000 Litres).

All electrical components are now connected up so the ship can be used without infinite electricity.

Generator system finished so that it can now produce a higher constant voltage when switched on, that can be increased with a throttle. This does not drain the fuel enough for the gauge to decrease during my testing and allows the batteries to be constantly charged, preventing them from dropping too quickly.

Two anchors added.

Update: 8 Feb, 2021 @ 2:39am

Added large touchscreen map with a waypoint autopilot (credits in main description).

Added clutches for both engines (credits in main description).

Removed gears 4 and 5 from both engines as 3 is fastest and most efficient.

Update: 8 Feb, 2021 @ 1:20am

Some tweaks to logic.

Re-added ladders at the front of the car deck.

Added some more lights to the outer sections of the car deck.

Update: 8 Feb, 2021 @ 12:49am

Added more buoyancy.

Car deck is now sealed with 4 sealable doors (2 at the front, 2 at the back) which can be controlled by levers from the outside and buttons from the inside. Added 2 extra doors into the lower stairwells from the deck. By default the doors are sealed.

Update: 7 Feb, 2021 @ 1:42pm

More changes!

Added two large batteries to the engine bay in preparation for making this ship usable without infinite electricity.

Changes to bridge:
- Refined the top of the staircase by removing two unnecessary doors
- Added doors directly into the bridge from the upper balcony deck
- Added two small cupboards into the corner to store current and possible future microcontrollers and sensors
- Added one new camera view (from the very back of the ship, beneath the ramp) and two camera displays within the view directly from the helm
- Added some gauges/dials to the front of the bridge to view from helm
- Added two new displays with a mini-map and various stats (links in main description for microcontrollers as I don't yet have the talent to make them myself) in line of sight from helm
