- Etalus AI is reworked for his new final smash

- Maypul should consistently have Lily bite down before the deathbox spawns
- Maypul should connect more consistently now
- Maypul should not create hit fx spam
- Lily launches upon bite if the opponent is below 50% when the attack starts, instead of instantly killing them
- Maypul can only deathbox a single opponent at a time. Any others caught in the move will be launched instead.

- Ranno whiff-skips less windows for a more natural animation
- Ranno whiff-skips if the hit opponent is below 50% when the attack starts, instead of swallowing them

Cleaned up a few more sprites

Added visual flair to Clairen's final smash

Re-did Etalus's final smash:
Etalus now sucks in the water from the air, vacuuming opponents into a icy blast.
The Iceberg is now retired.

Fake smash ball damage + hitpause increased

Fake smash ball now stays in place when SPECIAL is held, and explodes once its released. This gives room for setups and other cool stuff

Now to polish up each of these final smashes' feel, and polish up some sprites.

Hit fx should now appear somewhat correctly, however they'll use the palette of the player using the buddy.

The buddy's sprite index should be hidden correctly.
