Patch Beta 1.4.5

Nspecial:
- Can now press parry during the startup to spin the revolver barrel and clear all portals
- Travelling through portals now clears pratfall for both players
- Recuded portal lighting strength behind the portal so the lightmap border is less noticible

Fspecial:
- Parrying in the air now works correctly
- Hitapause on hit increased from 5 to 10 frames
- Added a small abberation effect to monarch on hit

Ustrong:
- Added a slighty weaker, higher priority hitbox to the top of the first hit to catch aerial opponents easier

- Changed the hitbox angles and priorities to make the first hit connect into the second much more consistantly

Patch Beta 1.4.2

Dspecial:
- Cooldown increased from 1.5 seconds to 2 seconds
- Fixed a bug where hitting forsburn's clone would break everything

Ustrong:
- Added a higher priority upwards facing hitbox close to Monarch's body to the start of the move
- Removed the slash sound effect on galaxy

Utilt:
- Made it more stable hopefully

Uair:
- Increased height of the second hitbox to make it connect more reliably
- Disabled fastfalling during the teleport window

Misc:
- Fixed a bug where the slash line effect was backwards when facing left
- All invisibility is now handled via animation, so there shouldn't be any more invisibility bugs
- Added sfx to taunt

- Fixed a bug where you would stay invisible after entering a portal

- Angle flipper on first hit removed

- Knockback on spin hits increased from 1 to 5

Note: The game doesn't like triggering galaxies on spikes so it only happens on the back hit

Fair:
- Base hitpause on hit4 increased from 8 to 10
- Landing lag increased from 8 to 10
- Hitpause scaling increased by .1 on all hits
- Damage on hit3 increased from 2 to 5 to incentivise it more
- Knockback scaling on hit4 reduced from .7 to .6

Nspecial:
- Changed object checking to only check for stage elements from the stage itself
- Added an hsp cap of double the character's max hsp when exiting portals
- Fixed a bug where techrolling into portals made you permenantly invincible
- Added a limit to how far down a stage a portal will be placed
- Added a 6 use limit to portals before they get destroyed

Fspecial:
- Parry now works properly

Fstrong:
- Base hitpause chaned from 7.5 to 10

Dstrong:
- Base hitpause changed from 7 to 9.5

Utilt:
- Parrying now works correctly

- Now goes through portals

Fair:
- Landing lag increased from 6 to 8
- Hit1 endlag increased from 8 to 10

Ustrong:
- First hit angle changed from 60 to 70
- Knockback scaling on final hit increased from 1.2 to 1.3
- Reduced startup friction to improve DADCUS distance

Taunt:
- Added it
- No SFX yet, coming soon

Misc:
- Fixed a bug where you weren't going invisible properly when eaten by ranno
This may have caused other visibility bugs so be on the lookout
