- Added a 10 frame cooldown after a portal is used before anything else can use it
- Added windboxes to the base of the beam

- Fixed a bug where the hud would fall from the sky

- Added a mask-colored outline around the projectile to make it more visible

Uair:
- Endlag reduced from 16 to 12
- Base knockback on hit2 increased from 4 to 6
- Now puts the move on a 50 frame cooldown when hit
- Second hit now has 30% less hitstun

Uspecial:
- Can no longer airdodge at the end of the move

- Fixed a bug where portals would sometimes send to the incorrect height
- Fixed a bug where entering a portal from the ground would give you some vspeed out the other end
- Fixed a bug where the second portal color would spawn butterflies in the wrong place if placed on a left wall
- Fixed a bug where portals would sometimes come out as the wrong orientation
- Fixed a bug where portals could sometiems be clipped into walls

Utilt:
- Fixed a bug where the butterflies on the stab hit came out in the wrong place when using the move to the left

- Fixed a bug where sometimes the wrong size siloutte would be drawn on some characters during the kill screen

- Fixed a bug where sometimes the teleport would function incorrectly

- Fixed a bug where placing a portal on the ground near a ledge and jumping into one on the ceiling would clip you off the ledge
- Changed portal collision detection to be a consistant height across all characters
- Portals now check if they're floating and delete themselves accordingly

Misc:
- Fixed the offset of dashstart into dash
- Fixed a bug where forsburn broke everything
- Fixed a bug where multiple monarchs broke everything
- Fixed a bug where coming out of a portal on a left wall clipped you in a little

- Fixed a bug where you'd get teleported 1 pixel above ground with dspecial knife on some stages
- Fixed a bug where teleporting to a dspecial knife on a portal would sent you to the other portal
- Fixed a bug where teleporting offstage with dstrong using dspecial didnt work

Misc:
- Spikes now send enemies standing on portals through them
- Dspecial knife no longer sticks to kragg pillar

Stats:
- Dash speed reduced from 6.25 to 6
- Dash init speed increased from 6 to 6.5
- Air max speed changed from 6 to 5
