Fstrong:
- Touched up animation
- Now is invincible only during the slash smear
- Does not travel as far backwards during the endlag

Patch Test 1.4

Dspecial:
- Slightly reduced delay between disappearing and teleporting
- Added a little flash and shake before the teleport to show players it's about to happen
- Will now always be facing a stuck player after teleporting
- Default teleport hitbox now does no knockback
- Parrying the default hitbox now puts Monarch in parry stun

Bair:
- Fixed a a bug where the move had no whiff sound
- Knockback scaling reduced from .9 to .8

Nair:
- Removed the teleport VFX left over from the old version

Fspecial:
- Now instantly triggers dspec if it hits a stuck player
- Can now be destroyed by any enemy hitbox
- Startup increased from 6 to 8
- Added a small line effect to draw the eye to the new position

Nspecial:
- Cooldown for portals increased from 10 frames to 30 frames

Fstrong:
- Endlag increased from 30 to 35
- Fixed a bug where the initial blink sound wasn't playing

- Damage reduced from 7 to 4

Utilt:
- Stab hitbox damage reduced from 3 to 2
- First hit damage reduced from 2 to 1

Filt:
- Fixed a bug where the butterfly particles appeared in the wrong place when reversing the move

Uspecial:
- Removed hitbox

Dspecial:
- Both charged and non-charged teleport hitboxes can be crouch-armored through

Dstrong:
- Spike hitbox base knockback reduced from 8 to 6
- Spike hitbox knockback scaling reduced from 1 to .65

Fspecial:
- Now puts monarch in land state on hit, preventing accidental turnarounds

Bair:
- Spike knockback scaling increased from .7 to .9

Utilt:
- Final hit knockback scaling reduced from .6 to .3

Patch Test 1.2

Fspec:
- Now is destroyed when Monarch dies
- Can be used as a projectile again
- Base knockback increased from 3 to 5
- Instead of switching places with the opponent, now just teleports you behind them

- Can now go either front or back (front by default, back if holding back on either stick)
- Damage increased from 1 to 4

Fair:
- Hit3 hitstun modifier of 1.5 added

- Base knockback reverted to 6.2

- Portals now also work if the player is in hitpause and moving toward the portal

- Active frames reduced from 6 to 5

Dspec:
- Fixed a bug where the charged version would infinately spam
- Fixed an inconsistancy where you would only disappear after teleporting if you hit an opponent

Misc:
- Fixed a desync (hopefully) involving uspecial through portals in lite mode
- Wave land adj changed from 1.15 to 1.25
- Wave friction reduced from .07 to .06
- New test icon

Patch Test 1.1

Nspecial:
- Now only goes through portals when you input a direction into them
- Increased the collision radius for going through portals
- Other players can go through again

Ustrong:
- Startup increased from 11 to 13

Filt:
- Reduced teleport distance
Keep forward teleport or revert?

Dspecial:
- Now there's a small delay before it goes off. The stuck player is hit with a no-knockback hitbox, and Monarch is put in hitstun and disappears.
- Removed the extra stun if the opponent is in hitstun
- Opponent can counterplay by parrying the no-knockback hitbox

Patch Test 1.0

Fspecial:
- Now is a short range in-front move
- Teleport location is not exactly where opponent used to be, it's at a consistent spot on the other side of them
- Startup reduced from 12 to 6

Dtilt:
- Base knockback reduced from 6.2 to 4

Bair:
- Startup reduced from 12 to 9

Nair:
- Invincibity removed
- Startup increased from 3 to 6

Ftilt:
- No longer switches direction
- Faster

Nspecial:
- Only you can go through portals
Try this one. Less chaotic, can be more careful about usage. More of a repositioning tool for you to get around the stage faster.

Ustrong:
- Startup reduced by 4 frames

- Added an ending hitbox

- Airdodge speed reduced from 9.5 to 7.5

Patch Beta 1.5.9

Nair:
- Fixed the broken sfx

Dspecial:
- Increased hitpause when landing the plasma stun
- When landing plasma stun, Monarch will appear in the same vertical spot every time
- When landing the plasma stun, Monarch will get a small vertical boost and refresh all double jumps
These changes make it much easier to land all aerials as a combo

Misc:
- Updated beta name to "Monarch Test"
- Updated munophone text for new dspecial plasma stun mechanic
- Updated steam page with screenshots
