      • No longer exclude abilities that set bIgnoreBaseDamage=true
        • This affects only a couple of abilities that were excluded earlier: HomingMine / PartingSilk / ArcWave, none of which actually needs to be made reliable as they already hit 100%.
        • This change makes this mod apply its effects to abilities added by [WOTC] Hand to Hand Abilities, and possibly other mod abilities that set this flag.
